André plays a character named Sunny Bridges who graduated from Westley School of Performing Arts in Atlanta, Georgia and went on to become a huge musical star, winning 27 Grammys and a Nobel Prize. However, after finding that the lifestyle of a rich and famous music star does not sit well with him, he mysteriously walks out of the music industry at the height of his career. For those of you who aren’t too old to be watching cartoons, check this show out. I’m always complaining that there isn’t enough positive black programming on television, so I’m encouraging everyone to support this show and check it out. If you’re too grown to watch a cartoon, then sit your kids in front of it. But I can guarantee that you’ll find yourself watching, too.

This show has good music. The kind of music that I’d listen to in my car. André 3000 is in charge, what did you expect? Add that to the fact that there’s a positive black role model and heartwarming subject matter. This show is a certified winner. I cant’ say anymore, just watch it! If you’ve seen an episode or two, let us know what you think!

Looks like I have to give this a look-see. Not like I’m doing anything but posting on Facebook discussion boards on Friday nights anyways.

Keep up the good work gentlemen.
