Thanks for listening, man. I don’t really count Shazam or Space Jam as “superhero” films, but I agree that (particularly Shazam) these are pretty poor films. Actually, anything Shaq does off of the court is pretty gross. Remember Shaq-Fu? or Shaq’s shortlived rap career? Complete rubbish!

a) We used an application called Audacity to record+mix the audio. I like Audacity because it’s free, but people tell me that Apple’s Garageband app is easier and/or more robust… but only if you’ve been good and Steve Jobs has blessed you with a Mac.

b) We had an outline, but we pretty much free-styled the show. We keeps it real son. Blogging is the new rapping.

c) Tips? Make sure that you know what you’re talking about before you speak, and learn to ignore the sound of your own voice. Hearing yourself recorded can be unsettling.

I think the bill is kinda stupid. It goes out of the way for illegals, but not for legal immigrants. I think that the border does need to be secured, but I don’t think the government really wants to do itso that they can get the cheap. If this bill passes, I’m afraid we will see some type of “revolt” that we haven’t seen in a long time.

Also, props on your first broadcast! I’m kinda inspired now to move forward with a “show” of my own over at WW. Just a few questions for y’all:

- What program did you use to record your sounds?
- Did you have a prepared show, or was it more off the cuff?

Any tips, things to consider while recording/producing the show?

• When I was discussing Ghost Rider, I meant to say Johnny Blaze not Johnny Cage… wrong franchise, I know.
• The Formula 1 driver mentioned in the sports segment is Lewis Hamilton… and he won again this weekend @ Indianapolis.
• Yep, that’s thunder you hear near the end of the show. We originally intended to have a second segment, but the weather got bad and we decided that 20mins is a nice comfortable show length.
• I know my voice is annoying, there’s nothing I can do about that…
• The songs in the background are: “Electric Relaxation” by A Tribe Called Quest, “A Little Soul” by Pete Rock, and finally “Super Bad” by James Brown.
