This is what the internet looks like!
I’m starting a little something new by highlighting a few stories that I’ve found on other sites. This should give you guys something to read between brilliantbrown articles and hopefully stimulate your minds for discussion. Here you go:
Why BET hurts us
The problem is BET thinks gangster rap represents our culture… It requires no creative development, no highly paid staff, no actors, no cameramen with webcams, and especially NO UNION SCALE. [LINK]
It’s a good read. Check it out. While you’re there, check out The Children of BET. [From Sidney to Snoop Dog]
Black Hair Documentary
I wanted to share this video with those Black Introspection readers who have yet to see this documentary that chronicles the take over of the Black Hair industry by the Koreans.
I’m linking to this as an example of missed black opportunity, not to incite anger toward Koreans. Check out all four parts. [Black Perspective and Introspection]
Actor/Rapper Will Smith Scores Another Huge Hit…
Sony’s father-son drama “The Pursuit of Happyness,” starring Smith and his son, is off to a great start. This story of a struggling dad who becomes homeless, joins a long line of No. 1 openings for Smith, including the action tales “Independence Day” and “I, Robot.”
When was the last time anyone could call Will Smith a “rapper” without snickering just a little? [BlackNews.com]

Ah Antuan, your missing an important part of the internet. Like a Router??.. Pretty hard to route packets(internet info for u common folk) around the world without routers.
