Hello all, with everyone and their mother having gone to see the enigmatic Spiderman 3, I wanted to take this opportunity to present the theory of UW (Ummm…what?) moments. I’m not interested in becoming a film critic, so I’ll just use certain instances in Spiderman 3 to illustrate my point.
This is for every guy whose stayed in a dorm room with your friends and nobody has a girlfriend anywhere within a 100 mile radius…

So last night, I caught a midnight showing of the new Spiderman film, Spiderman 3 (yeah real creative title there). The film was IMHO a pretty interesting film with few big drawbacks. Some hawkeyed reader will notice that this is a rant and not a film review. That’s because I’m not here to review (or to possibly spoil) the film. Let’s be honest, it doesn’t matter what I say about the film. Most people are going to go anyway. Instead, I’m here to talk about the experience of being at the film. Going to see a film like S3 on opening night is an interesting experience to say the least.
